Invasive fungal infections
Hospital-acquired infections with increased risk for the immunocompromised. A specialty pharma opportunity in developed markets.
Pipeline
ST101 is our lead program in malaria entering Phase I clinical trials in 2027. Invasive fungal infections and NTM-PD (MAC lung disease) are specialty pharma opportunities for developed 7MM markets. Malaria and tuberculosis are global-health scale, plus premium segments for travelers, military and multinational corporations. We partner with pharma for late-stage development and pipeline expansion.

ST101 · First-in-human
ST101 is a first-in-class SSCV against the GPI glycan present on every stage and species of Plasmodium. We are entering first-in-human clinical development in Australia. It is designed as a stand-alone vaccine and as an adjunct to existing protein vaccines.
ST208 · Preclinical
ST208 is an SSCV that targets conserved PIM mannose sequences in the mycobacterial envelope. Co-administered with BCG, it reduced bacterial burden versus BCG alone — more than 10x in mice, the first in-vivo efficacy study of an SSCV against TB (Kupz, Schofield et al. Vaccine, 2025).
The same approach applies to nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD) and MAC lung disease, a serious complicating factor in COPD, bronchiectasis and cystic fibrosis. Another specialty pharma opportunity in which no licensed vaccine exists. The NTM-PD market opportunity is distinct from global-health applications in TB.

ST300 · Exploratory
Aspergillus, Candida and Pneumocystis cause severe opportunistic infections in hospitals and among immunocompromised patients. Our ST300-Series extends GPI-targeting SSCV logic into fungi, a third biological kingdom, and high-value market opportunity in specialty pharma.

Hospital-acquired infections with increased risk for the immunocompromised. A specialty pharma opportunity in developed markets.

Nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease that complicates COPD, bronchiectasis and cystic fibrosis. No licensed vaccine. High-value pulmonary specialty.

Malaria, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases — worldwide impact, national immunisation programs, public and private funding, premium tiers for military, travelers and multinational corporations.
